Membership Terms & Conditions 

1. Membership Overview

The Skin Club, Skin Club+, Aesthetics Club, Wellness Club, Wellness Club+, and Laser Club memberships at South William Clinic are designed to provide patients with regular maintenance treatments for continuous results. By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Membership Duration & Fees

• The membership program duration is a minimum commitment of 12 months. 

• Membership fees will subsequently be billed on a monthly basis.

3. Treatment Usage and Rollover

• Treatments and benefits included in the membership must be used within the calendar month in which the fee has been paid.

• If a member does not use their treatments within the month, they may carry over the unused treatments for one additional month only.

• Treatments not used within the two-month period (initial month plus the rollover month) will expire and cannot be reclaimed, transferred, or refunded.

4. Payment and Cancellation

• Membership fees are non-refundable.

• Monthly payments will be automatically billed on the same date each month.

• Membership maybe paused for a period of one month, during which time a payment will also be paused. However, the. membership will automatically be extended by an extra month. This must be requested in advance by a minimum of 14 days. 

• Since significant discounts are applied to memberships, the 12-month minimum commitment is non-adjustable. If a client chooses to terminate their membership early, the remaining balance must be paid in full.

5. General Terms

• Membership benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.

• South William Clinic reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any changes.

• Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension or termination of the membership.
