Booking Policy
At South William Clinic, all bookings, including online reservations, are subject to availability during normal opening hours. Management reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings as needed. Gift voucher bookings are also subject to availability and are non-refundable.
A deposit of €50 is required for non-medical treatments and consultations, payable at the time of booking. This deposit is redeemable against the treatment cost during your appointment; however, it becomes chargeable if the appointment is not attended.
A deposit of €150 is required for medical treatments and consultations, payable at the time of booking. This deposit is non-redeemable, and non-refundable.
For promotional offers and online bookings paid via phone or online, full payment is required and is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated to South William Clinic at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Payments made in advance, including deposits, are strictly non-refundable; instead, credits will be provided for cancellations within the allowed timeframe. We maintain a universal policy for all clients and cannot accommodate personal circumstances.
For group bookings, deposits and booking fees are also non-refundable if the appointment is canceled. Promotional or discounted packages are non-refundable; however, a credit can be issued for future appointments if canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Credits apply solely to services, not products.
For Groupon and similar partner vouchers, a strict 48-hour cancellation notice is required. South William Clinic is not obligated to provide an alternative appointment for missed voucher appointments.
For clients undergoing a course of treatments, any cancellation without 48 hours' notice will result in the automatic deduction of that session from your course balance.
Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers are valid for services only and may not be redeemed for retail products. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. They are valid only for the specified value or treatment and cannot be transferred to other values or treatments. Gift vouchers purchased at a special offer or discount cannot be applied to other promotional offers, enforcing a no double discount policy. Exceptions may apply for swapping a treatment voucher for an alternative of equal value with manager approval. Gift vouchers do not expire unless specified in limited-time promotional offers.
